3. No Guarantee of Results

While we apply proven strategies and industry best practices, we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms, competitive landscapes, and market conditions are beyond our control. Any projections or examples shared are illustrative and based on past client outcomes, not promises of future results.

4. Free Audit

We offer complimentary visibility audits at our discretion and subject to availability. Receiving a free audit does not obligate you to purchase any services, nor does it create a binding agreement. The audit is provided as-is for informational purposes.

5. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is custom and based on the specific needs of each client. Prices displayed on our website in EUR or USD are indicative starting points and may vary. Final pricing will be agreed upon in writing before any paid work commences. Currency conversions are approximate and based on real-time exchange rates.

6. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms (e.g., Google Business Profile, website hosting) as needed
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding your business and its online presence

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by FoxVisits remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables (e.g., website designs) transfers to the client. Our brand, logo, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of FoxVisits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxVisits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work already completed remain due. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services if requested.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FoxVisits operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
